I am an Assistant Professor of Economics in the Department of Finance at Alfaisal University in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (since August 2022). Previously, I was an Economist in the Center for Economic Studies at the U.S. Census Bureau from May 2020 to August 2022 and a (Visiting) Assistant Professor of Policy in the Batten School of Leadership and Public Policy  at the University of Virginia from August 2019 to May 2022.
I graduated with a Ph.D. in Economics from the School of Economics at Georgia Tech in Atlanta, GA in May 2019.
My research interests are in Applied Microeconomics and applications of Machine Learning to questions in Economics.
